Disgusting service!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The customer service at the Butterworth Fingoland Shoprite is always the absolute worst. I spent 2 hours in a moneymarket queue, and the queue wasn't even long. How does it take 2 hours to service 12 people??? I am absolutely disgusted, and the fact that this is their actual standard makes it even worse. And the employees don't even care "report us if you want to" was one of the responses I got.
