Disgusting service

Disgusting service from a manager I went to buy Six pack castle lite, after price check at the till i opted for a 12 pack which was apparently on special.

after waiting more than 25 minutes for a manager to come void or exchange my product a helpful cashier decided to leave till and go call manager for the fourth time. 5 minutes later a manager came annoyed as ever,not even apology for making us wait that long.let along a smile. please take your manager to tops @ jeppe street to go learn ten steps of service. and please make sure that all products are priced accordingly and specials are advertised.

thanks to that manager cos i saved R20 buying my six pack at tops
