Disgusting service

I went to your store today (west street, durban)(2 dec 2017) and experienced horrific customer service...

I gave my RCS and ID to Njabulo who was the teller at teller20...he then tells me i should wait as and let other customers through as my card has to be verified..i said no problem as i know that's the procedure...

I then wait a good 15-20min waiting for someone to come and take my things to be verified...I then ask Njabulo where's the office, went there and the office is locked and empty with no one to assist me....

I then go back to the till to find a front manager(Zodwa) has came ti take my things who then strolls to wherever with no sense of urgency and again i wait a good 10-20min... I see her chatting to her colleagues and i walk to her and told her to bring back my stuff as i wont be purchasing anymore coz she's wasting my time, she then calls her friends and they have a good laugh about it... Utterly annoyed by your employees today
