Disgusting management

I'm very disgusted and disappointed with the Shoprite management on how they handle business. I was at Shoprite Charlsville in Gugulethu on 10/01/2023 to return essential spiral stove that just stopped working, luckily I still had the slip. When I got there I was refered to the store manager who profusely refused to return the stove on the basis that it was dirty and that they only return products with electrical fault. I then told him the reason it's not working it's because of the electric fault. He then took a picture of the stove and said I should lay a complaint and walked away. I was caught between buying a new stove or visiting another store, I ended up going home with no solution. The manager behavior is unacceptable and appalling to say the least.
