Disgusting employers

On Saturday Morning(10/10/2015) around 10:30 I had visited the Shoprite branch in Gugulethu mall (Cape Town) to return a faulty kettle. When I got there i requested someone who would deal with such a query and it took almost 20 minutes to get someone to attend to me. Besides that, when they had tested the faulty kettle it appeared that the same fault i had been experiencing at home was not happening while they tested it at the store. So I asked the guy that assisted what the solution would be . So without any explanation he said i must go home and use the kettle properly! I was furious and so digusted. I demanded to see a manager or suppervisor and all the employers were just quiet and also said there isnt one and then the guy who had assisted me said mentioned to his collegues that they shouldnt tell me where management is. When I requested his name no one would answer me and I had only heard him being reffered to as \Bhut' Jongi". when i had said i am going to take further action one of the employers took the faulty kettle and exchanged it for a new one and i had assumed this was a token for meto not take the matter further.
