Disgusting customer service

I went to Shoprite Mams mall mamelodi east Mahube today, I was queuing when I got to the cashier Rebecca Mosoma she said rudely said she takes only card payments only without even greeting me. I asked her where was the signage indicating, she rudely said the is a security that told us cards only which there was not any security. I asked the customers behind me if the was a security who told them that, they declined. So she said to me if I had a problem I should speak to the manager with an attitude, so I did. I explained what had happened to the front line manager. The front line manager apologised on her behalf but I was upset by the attitude and how rude the cashier was, clearly she had not received customer service training. She need to be disciplined .
