Disgusting customer service

Hi My name is Charlotte. I visited Shoprite at Taung, North West WHAT a disappointment, such a disgrace of the store. I was really disappointed when we got the store at 8:15 the store was closed but the notice board says on a public holiday they open at 08:00 until 13:00 then we waited and waited hoping they would open but no they didn’t I looked at the time it was 08:29 then I asked the security whom was very rude his name is Thabo he was standing outside smoking in front of the customers and when I approached him asked to talk to the store manager he gave me attitude and said they not open I asked him to please call the manager and said yes and went inside the store, I continued to wait outside with a lot of customers as well time went and he didn’t come back, time went and he didn’t come back when he came back he said to me no the manager is busy to see me. We continued to wait then the manager came his name is Stanley. I asked him what time do they open he said at 09:00 then I asked him but the notice board says they trade from 08:00 he then went on and said it’s optional not all shoprite open. I am really disappointed I ended up having without buying, I was willing to spend r10000 on food for a ceremony which I had to go spend it else where. The reason I’m complaining is because customer service has a not there at all they don’t pride themselves in the customers. And what hurts me the most is that those people come far from their rural town spend their money on taxi to get to town and then they get to the store disappointed. That place needs to shape up honestly please do call me *** I want to share a video of that day Please can the CEO of shoprite call me to discuss this
