disgusting customer service

<p>On Friday the 10th of June 2016, I asked my mother to purchase some pampers at your red special this was purchased at Shoprite Macassar.</p> <p>She then purchaser the incorrect size because she was not sure about the size, I then on Sunday Went back to Shoprite Macassar with the slip wanting to change it for another size, one of the supervisors then advised me that if they are going to take it back I then need to pay 185.00 per pack. Why? If i bought it for 100.00 per pack on Special and they are going to sell my pack again for 185.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I please get feedback as this does not make sense and I’m now sitting with a size 6 that I can not use, I am very disappointed with the service and with the lack of knowledge the supervisor had. i have send a email to your head office on monday already annd still did not receive a responce yet this is really bad service can i just exchanged the nappys for a diffrent size is that so much to ask really im verry disipionted in this service and want a response asap </p>
