Disgusting Customer Service

I purchased a pool on Saturday 19 December 2015 at Shoprite Maynard Mall Wynberg. the label stated family sized pool for R299.99 and at the till point the item scanned R399.99. Managment Zaine Isaacs stated he refuses to give me the pool for R299.99, of which he was very unprofessional and utterly rude by making the following statement by raising his voice: \I might as well give every customer in this store that pool for R299.99 I then contacted the Shoprite checkline today and explaned the situation of which I was told that Zaine Isaacs mentioned to (Head Office) that the discription of the pool did not match the label.
