Disgusting customer service

Till packers not available to assist, bought groceries at shoprite randfontein and asked for assistance from a supervisor who was doing nothing but walking up and down to assist with packing the groceries. She did not answer when I greeted her and asked her for assistance. She didn't even try to find someone to assist or Atleast acknowledge that she heard me and she will try and find someone. If this is the kind of attitude customers are given at shoprite I suggest that proper customer service training be given.
