Disgusting customer service

<p>Shoprite Langa has to be one of the one places that has the most disgusting, most horrible customer services I have experienced time and time again. The services never get better.</p> <p>Today at till point 7. This teller servicing us was having a FULL on conservation with her friend while services us. 1. No greeting no acknowledging us, having a conversation with her friend. This exchanged happened till we left the till with the friend standing where the packer ia meant to be. An end coller, by the name of Nozuko came to join in the conversation and just stood there. My mother and I ended up packing our own bags into the trolley because the friend was blocking the way. No sorry for that, nothing, we paid and left. The small kiosk there was no change instead of doing anything they all gathered there and had a full conversation as well. The way black are so casual when servicing black people is disgusting, had it been a white person there is no way that they would have done that no way. You tellers are the worst, its only feasible that we come there but if I had a choice I would never shop there again. I am disgusted nyani.</p>
