Disgusting client service

The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism I receive today at your store is unspeakable. First the cashier Nozuko Ncele refers to me as her friend which am not clearly, secondly the combos am buying did not amount to what your paper says. Secondly she is unwilling to call a controller to come and assist, I am now required to stand on the side for when ever the controller might pass by. The unwillingness to switch the incorrect (according to her though the paper says all variants) soup, she insist on me taking exactly what is in the paper. There is no urgency and am ultimately disgusted by how she handled the service. She is dismissive and does not give a damn about the customer. I believe she gave me wrong change also ( they kept my second slip )but I could not stand an extra minute with such a service provider who clear does not know what the essence of her job means. Disappointed and hurt by this encounter
