Disgusting Cashiers

I am appalled by the behaviour displayed by 2 of your cashiers at Shoprite Pritchard street in Johannesburg CBD. I stood in a very long queue to withdraw from the till as I usually do. Upon reaching the front of the queue, an unidentified cashier rudely told me she doesn't have money and that I should move as she wants to help other customers. Still very shocked by her behaviour , I approached the cashier next to her and she refused saying i should stand in the queue again. I honestly had no time to argue, but as i was moving to the back of the line I heard the Cashier tell the other one to withdraw for the person who was behind me. It was then that the customer behind me reprimanded them n told them she was behind me n the right thing to do would be to assist n before her.

The cashier had a lot to say and only kept quiet after i politely asked for their names , both her n the previous cashier.

I am a frequent customer at this Shoprite as it's a block away from my apartment for many years now. I am disgusted by the behaviour of your cashiers and i would like for it to be escalated. Mbali Duma and Ntsako have an appalling attitude. If that is the kind of staff you want to keep, then I guess that's y ppl only use Shoprite for money transfers n discounts. Totally disgusted...
