Disgusting behaviour at Shoprite

My husband and I went to the kiosk to get cigarettes and pay for our 4 drinks. However when we got to the kiosk Thato and Essie had said we can only have 5 things at the counter. But as the cigarrettes are by the kiosk we decided not to incovience the rest of the staff nor the other customers. We then angrily moved over to the til and Tasneen was very kind and helped us, but she and I had to go to the kiosk to get the cigarrettes anyway, however we needed to go the kiosk with her to point out what we wanted, which was the whole reason we went to the kiosk anyway!. Tasneen had called the manager for us. While explaining the situation to the manager who told us “I’m very sorry, he’s new” Thato was laughing at my husband behind her back
