Disgusting behavior from staff at shoprite

It is very disappointing that the service industry has deteriorated in this country. Shoprite Watergate centre in Mitchell's plain is one of those stores that just have to class. The cashiers don't smile nor greet, even the managers are so sour. When you ask for assistance it's like you asking them about their personal lives. You go to an empty till and the cashiers chase you away because your basket looks too full to use the express till but they standing and doing nothing instead of just helping the customers. Did they come to work or just earn their salaries by standing around. The security thinks he owns shoprite the way they treat the customers with total disrespect. They let a pensioner stand in a long line just for a bread but the girl at the cigarette counter is sitting and day dreaming but you not allowed to pay for one item. Absolutely no people's skills. Sitting behind a counter and scratching in her damn nose and mouth. What does the store manager suppose to do other than sit in his cubicle and read the newspaper like his in his own personal lounge. I am totally and utterly appalled by my experience at that store.
