Disgusting bad service

Good day. I went to Shop rite Lenasia Signa Terrace branch. I went to pay formy stuff at a cashier called Xholani. When I got to him he was very upset. However I seemed to add on to his bad mood when I asked him about a product that was on sale in the paper. About dessert cream. Anyway after I showed it to him what I was talking about then he asked another staff member to go and check. I thought that he would have waited for the other staff that went to check for what I wanted. But he just cashed my stuff in a huge hurry. To me he jusy wanted to get rid of me. So he asked me if I wanted a packet before I could even think he cashed up. So I politely asked for a packet. This cashier just went on and on saying that he finish cash up then I asked him for the packet and for some reason he just went on talking and talking. Anyway I stood aside and waited. So the staff was back and showed me the caramel cream so I said will take 2 of the ideal cooking and dessert cream. So I told Xholani to cash up for me because I was at his cashing point in the first place and was still standing at the side giving him the chance to assist other shoppers. He tells me to go to the other cashier. I don't understand because I he was supposed to help not dend me off so I must follow the queue again. However I did go to a lady another staff member who has been watching what was going on. I explained to her. She said Xholani should help. So she went to Xholani and told him to assist me. That's very bad service. Im very disturbed in the bad manner I was treated. Shocking
