Disgusting attitude from a guy working at butchery.

<p>I went to shoprite u save Sabie branch on the 11/06/2016 to buy some stewing beef,when i got to the butchery a lady offered to serve me,i asked for a R40 stewing beef she gave me a R60 beef,i asked her to reduce it to the R40 i had asked for whilst doing that she must do so by taking out the big bones because they're escalating the scale and increasing the amount i have to pay,instead she took the meat and left all the bones in my packet.I asked her to please change that for me and that i will show her the pieces i want,she said she can't do that as they're not allowed to do so by their management.i saw a guy at the butchery and i asked him to please serve me because the lady made it clear that she doesn't want to help me they way i want to be helped.The guy told me that he also cannot pick the pieces i want as they're not told to do that by their manager,So i asked them "so what you're telling me is that i must take out my money and pay for what YOU guys want me to pay for NOT FOR WHAT I WANT and yet its my hard-earned money"..the guy told me if i am not happy with that then i must go and buy somewhere else because at Shoprite Sabie that how they're told to do things and he's not going to change that because of some black guy who's trying to be a difficult customer.That shocked me because they do that when asked by the white guys and white ladies and they even call them sir and madam whilst doing that but i was getting a very different attitude and experience from what i usually see when they're helping white people,and this guy is also black as well.I went outside shoprite because i was getting fumed up with his digusting attitude,i calmed myself down and i went back in,to the assistant manager Phindile this time because the manager was not available,i explained what had happened to her and this guy showed up uninvited and gave me the same attitude infront of the assistant manager this time telling me that he had signed a contract with Shoprite that he will sell to me the meat as he is told by Shoprite NOT THE WAY I WANT EVEN IF I AM THE ONE PAYING FOR IT and that he's not going to change that because "black people are full of nonsenses".My response to that was "i will pretend i did not hear that" and it was now infront of Phindile the Assistant Manager.Phindile asked the guy to help me get what i want to pay for NOT WHAT HE WANTS TO SELL TO ME,BECAUSE I AM PAYING,AND HE DID THAT BUT HE STILL HAD A LOT TO SAY WHILST DOING THAT,I just kept quiet and took the meat,thanked him and left Shoprite U Save Sabie branch.when i got home i told my wife the whole story and told her that NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY MEAT AT SHOPRITE U Save Sabie branch butchery,not if those 2 people are still working at that butchery,Reason being i hate arguing and having to look like " a black guy trying to be a difficult customer" thats not me and i was never raised like that,just that i know when my being humble is being used as a door mat and i am taken advantage of.And believe me i know all about Consumer Protection Act and My Rights when it comes to that.</p>
