Disgusting Attitude

First and foremost the Shoprite Liquor Thokoza doesn't adhere to their own trading times posted on the door which states that they close at 8PM. This particular incident happened on the 13th January 2018, 15min prior to the closing time the doors were closed when i inquired with security why they closed early they said they don't have to explain to me and weren't co-operating. I then requested to speak to the manager Nomsa who told me they were closed, I advised her of the time and she told me that doesn't matter they would not reopen until the correct time to close and proceeded to shut the door in my face. I am appalled at the managers attitude to her clients, her lack of respect is intolerable. Shoprite Thokoza has lost a customer in me.
