*********, disgusting and unprofessional behaviour

I have been a Shoprite's customer for a while and I have experienced ********* as well as disgusting behaviour with some of the staff members being disrespectful towards consumers throughout the years.

Today was just the last straw, we were about to purchase some items at Shoprite Jabulani Mall liquor... Then I kindly asked a simple question, if I should take all the items out the trolley? As I had duplicates of the same item, then cashier lady with her rude, most disgusting behaviour and revolting attitude, responded by saying... "How am I supposed to see if you don't take them out?" Listen... I am not one to react but I told her she shouldn't talk to customers like that, then she became extremely disrespectful, her name is Betty Mailula and in turn I becme upcame upset... We went back and forth, I reported the situation to the store manager, Khululekani or Khulekani... He didn't even bother to handle the situation.

Disappointed with regards to the service and how the situation was handled.
