Disgusting

Appalling service at Shoprite Alberton Mall. We have been forced to stand in a queue for over 30 minutes. On the 26th of the month—when you should be fully prepared for high customer volumes—there are only two tills and one express till open. This is utterly unacceptable for month-end trading.

It is your responsibility to ensure adequate staffing to manage the obvious and predictable increase in foot traffic, something you should have anticipated from years of experience. To make matters worse, when we requested to see the manager, staff appeared clueless about their whereabouts. This complete lack of accountability and management presence is disgraceful and unprofessional.
