Disgusting

<p>I purchased airtime this afternoon at Shoprite Usave, Hospital View, at 13:18. </p> <p>When got home to load it and was advised that it has been used, I called vodacom and they said I nhave to return it to point of sale. When I got there, the manager was so rude and talked to me in a way that any customer doesn't need to be talked to. </p> <p>Are these the kinder of people you trust with your customers? </p> <p>All I wanted was a explaination and he wasn't helpful!</p>
