Disgusted service

I am totally disgusted with the service that I just received from Shoprite Ennerdale. Never have I ever had any person speak to me like the cashier just did!! She said to me that we the customers like to treat the staff like ****! And I can go and tell the manager, because the manager is not God and cannot do her anything.. Omw. I said to her can I please speak to the manager, she said to me I must call the manager myself. And she put her chair in and helped the next customer. And all I did was to ask her, of we must wait in the queue or not, and that the people in the queue was leaving and we do not know what to do as no one explained to us. She just nodded her head.

She was telling me nonsense and she was not afraid to tell me what was on her mind. Even in front of the manager she was talking to me with an attitude! She asked me did she come to my work and give me such attitude!

I told her that if I had to say one word to a customer at my work that I would be fired straight away! And that is the truth.

I still had to go and wait in another queue for assistance. Who can believe that!
