Disgusted customer

I went there today nd I bought a wahl machine nd got to till it was expensive nd that time already paid so was assisted by a lady who works there to accompany me to see price the red one was priced vice versa with white the red had the the tag of R179 nd if u swipe rewards card it becomes R149 nd white had tag of R229 so we both came with take she sent a colleague he found it that way she goes there calls manger nd changes tags comes back says manager won't agree to what I'm saying her surname is Ntiwana or ntwana was so angry she left me there when I told her to call the manager the manager came after 10 minutes he told me there's nothing he can do cos when he was calked there the price was on the right machine nd I can call the head office there was a guy who came in he also works there when I tried talking to him he said to him he must not intertain me they treated me like a mad person the refused to assist nd gave me a refund so I'm disgusted about their behaviour it's shoprite at kaalfontein corner I told them was gonna report them they said I should do it I sent an email to head office no response since 11am
