disgusted by the service and inconvenience caused.

I went to shoprite sunday(12th) to withdraw cash,the cashier then tells me her system went off before she could finilise the transaction so i have to use another till,i then go to the next till and successfully withdraw cash now i drove back to the house only to find that there are 2 transactions done meaning i was double charged,i had to use another petrol,drive back 2 shoprite and spoke 2 angie(the manager) who then tells me i'll have to go 2 the bank withdraw a statement now i then asked who's gonna pay 4 dat statement cause the bank will charge me?then i was told I have to pay 4 it since its my account now this whole inconvenience was done by shoprite but i as a customer must now go 2 the bank,stand in long ques,be charged 4 a statement dat i wouldnt have required had it not been 4 shoprite!!! I then had 2 spend petrol going to the bank,stand in ques and when i checked i had to pay 2 withdrawal fees since shoprite charged me twice 4 the same transaction! Belive it or not i went to shoprite and spent 20min without beeing attended after requesting 2 speak to the same manager then eventually they refunded 1 payment back,they never even looked @ the b/statement,all dat incovinienc
