Disgusted by the customer service rendered by the security personnel at Shoprite Evander

I wite this disgusted by the customer service rendered by the security personnel at Shoprite Evander. Not to mention the lack of COVID preventative methods.

I live in Evander and shop at the store often but today (04/08/2020 at around 17:30) Upon shopping for some toiletries I remembered I didn't have my bank card with me and I had to go withdraw some instant money at the nearby ATM in the shopping center. Whilst trying to exit the store I was stopped by a security guard with the surname "Mnisi" asking to search me. This left me baffled as I have never seen/heard such in my entire 4-year Retail management experience(Clicks & Cape Union mart) but I was willing to comply nonetheless out of fear of causing a scene.

He (Mnisi) asked that he take me elsewhere to do this, next thing I know I am being grabbed by him at the back of my T-Shirt and paraded down the tills like a common ********. Never have I been this embarrassed in my life! When I asked him what I had done to make him grab me like that he simply said he is doing his job and shoved me into some passage near the kiosk.

I then removed the contents of my pockets to show him but he carried on to touch/search me. This was extremely infuriating to me as it is COVID times and the last thing I want is to be touched by a man who works in an environment where hundreds of people come in contact with him. After seeing that he was wrong to suspect me of anything he simply let me go with his co-workers laughing at the fact that I was angered by this incident. After seeing this I didn't even want to talk to the manager to be ridiculed further.
