Disgusted by Shoprite's Customer Service (Khayelitsha)

I was not happy with Shoprite (Khayelitsha) yesterday and this is not the first incident. they do not respect us as Customers and don't have any clue of what customer service is. From Security to Management. Last night we went there at 18h30 The trading hours on their door is 19h00 but the Security guard refused to let us in, told us its winter and the shop now closes at 18h30 but there were other customers that were there before 18h30 claiming that the door was already closed and the Security was rude. He banged the door at us!!!!!! i requested to see the Manager and he called an unclued lady claiming to be the manager, who couldn't even answer any of my questions. Eventually a Manager came but he also didn't help. Im sorry but Shoprite in Khayelitsha disrepects us and is undermining us a customers. That needs to be checked out.
