Disgusted by Shoprite Management

I am disgusted by the level of service and the embarrassment! Going into Shoprite in Atlantis and decided to go out as it was too full. Getting at the door and the sensors going off, as I walked away a good minute later the security decided to stop me and asks to search my bag, sure you doing your job how about the other 10 people that was at the door the same time he decided to target me what cause I had a cap on? Get to the store manager and all he could say was sorry? What about the embarrasment in front of all the people? Giving me some story about at time you buy something elsewhere, didn't I just tell you I don't have anything in my bag apart from my phone and purse! How about you fix those sensors as it's not the first time it's happened???!!!
