Disgusted by managers attitude

<p>If I have to write another review on shoprite boitekong mall I swear am going to take this a step ferther today I was insulated by a back office manager by the name leon steenkamp that lady is utterly rude I came to buy with a via vitual voucher and the supervisor came to assist th team leader and she explained they were told it had to be refered to the manager then when leon came she looked annoyed and irritated and when the supervisor showed her then she said she wanted a physical voucher she said it so loud I was offended and when she came to me she approached me with no sense of respect what so ever after she does that scene she makes call and doesn't come back and apologize nooooo she sends ths supervisor to do her dirty work...she is unprofessional and I fill if I were a white customer she would have never acted that way is my review is not attended to I will take this to the paper or media coz to me it was a racial situation</p>
