Disgusted

Good day I'd like to put in a complaint against the baker on duty on the 22. October 2021 shoprite pelican park. I called to enquire about a bread order for my feeding scheme one of which the shoprite soup truck supports monthly. I called at 8.30am to find out whether I could place a urgent order for later that day for 50 loaves of bread to feed the community and the baker had told me over the phone and I qoute " Im the only baker here and I don't have time to bake bread and the manager said we don't bake over a weekend" this was a unacceptable response and plain rude. I am extremely disappointed I've been working with tamsyn in relation to the soup truck for 3 months now and to be disrespected like that. He didn't even allow me to respond of say where I'm calling from. I would like this addressed and it's disgusting to think the staff treat customers so rudely
