Disgusted

I am deeply disgusted and I will not stop writing about my experience at Shoprite Middestad as I feel you will loose great customers and exceptionally good, wonderful and warm hearted staff by the looks of things because of one manager whom I dont know still today why she is still managing people whereas she cannot manage people and look after the store as she doesnt know what customer service is, Miss Hendricks is one of the most disrespectful and clueless managers I have come to meet, she is very rude, cannot treat her staff very well, very loud and shouts at her staff members for assisting. You will end up with her only working at that shop as I see that no staff members like her ways but they are very scared of her because of bad treatment and they are there to work for their families but will rather find other work or stop working because of such bad treatment from Miss Hendricks who is supposed to be a manager
