Disgusted

It is really frustrating that you can not be assisted when you buy a ticket at Shoprite. On the 23/12 a ticket was bought for a journey of the 03/01/2019, the time print did not come out correctly and I went to Shoprite to complain about it. I was assisted by a lady surname Peterson in Bellville Voortrekker road and she told me that ther'es nothing she can do. What made me so upset is the fact that my mom who is 60 years had to wait for ever and because of the time that was printed wrong she returned back home and was rushing for her hospital appointment, unfortunately she missed it. The service that is offered at shoprite is really pathetic nowadays and you don't get assisted at all.
