DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Shoprite in Makhaza on Tuesday 11 July 2023. I went in stood in a line at one of the tills. After waiting this lady at the till tells me "We don't do cash send at the till", I'm shocked as I've been assisted with cash send at the till ant many Shoprite stores including the one in Makhaza. Her attitude is whilst saying this is what disgusted me, I walked over to a different till, the second lady says how much do you need, I say R200 she says you can stand in the queue I'll assist you. Now I'm thinking to myself what the difference between these two tills is. Mind you she rudely tells me go stand at the money market, the queue at the money market Chile, there was no way I was going to stand there. So, after the second lady tells me to stand in the queue she'll assist me, I go and find the manager. I ask her do guys redeem cash sends at the tills, she tells me it's done at the money market, mind you she was standing right opposite of the till I wasn't assisted at, at the Kiosk. She was so nonchalant.... giving me nonchalant energy, the in which she responded to me........ it was like she is indirectly saying haibo this is information you were already giving.... showing now interest at all whilst speaking to me!!!!!!! I live in Makhaza, do my shopping at that Shoprite, my entire family lives there and they do their shopping at that same Shoprite, and this isn't the first time their service is poor, but you know how people just always let things slide... well clearly it been happening a lot now they just giving bad service all round!!!!!!
