Disgrace

<p>I bought a packet of lemon creams on the 27th of February 2017 and opened the pack on the 28th evening to give to my daughter, surprisingly the biscuits had expired on the 8th of February 2017. I called the head office reporting the issue then they called the shoprite at eyethu mall which I bought the biscuits from, went an met the manager by the name of Michael. I waited over 20minutes for Michael whom no one went to go call. I approached one of the floor manager whom refused to assist me, he just left me standing there until I asked one of the ladies who worked there to help me find Michael then only got help then. No compensation made, i was just told sorry and given New packet of biscuits, they careless that I could have given my child rotten things putting her health at risk. They couldn't give a damn. Im very disappointed from such a big retail store.</p>
