************** and abuse at Shoprite

I'm the target of a smear campaign, the person who is targeting me knows the manager of Shoprite at Pelican Park. The manager and the staff are verbally abusing me and laughing in my face, and giving me angry stares. I don't know what the smear campaign is specifically, but I was called mad by the cashier. Is this a business, or a place to run your aquitances personal agendas? Do the staff own the store or do they just work there? I'm a paying customer who uses the store frequently, and this is how I get treated. This is giving me a bad impression of the store, I don't wanna it again due to my unpleasant experience.
