disappointing service in quality

I am a resident in bluedowns Tuscany glen. I always shop at Shoprite bluedowns centre. This shoprite is covenient and easly accessible because there is free parking in the centre. I could speak under correct that this store is more than 10 years in existence. Since then this shoprite have never been refurbished or made convenient for me as a consumer to say that the shop is : 1. Hygienically clean, because its not, you always get this weird smell coming in by the front doors. 2. Items on shelf are either sticky, dusty and not wiped or checked for mice residue. 3. The vegetable and fruit section, on two occasion i bought fruit and when i get home, i either find cobwebs amongst the g****s or bananas have dead spiders between them, in one instance i found a white spider in a box of g****s and had to throw it away. 4. i bought polony at the polony stand, the fridge where the polony was in had no presentation should you go to a shoprite watergate you will find the presentation on a higher level. This is so unpleasant to shop at, nothing changed for the good in this store.

Why must i drive all the way to langverwacht checkers for quality when i can have it in my own area,

I'm disappointed to the level of quality that dropped in this store:(
