Disappointing Experience at ShopRite Phillippi Junction Mall

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the ShopRite located in Phillippi Junction Mall. On my recent visit, my brother and I were subjected to unacceptable treatment by a cashier who seemed to have an attitude problem from the start.

As we were checking out, the cashier became suspicious that we were using someone else's gift card. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she called her manager over to investigate. What followed was a series of events that left us feeling disrespected and belittled.

The cashier's tone was rude, and her facial expression was even worse. She asked us to move backwards, which felt like an attempt to intimidate us. When I explained that my brother was with me, she didn't seem to care. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, and it set a negative tone for the entire interaction.

To make matters worse, the manager who was called over was dismissive and lacked professionalism. Instead of resolving the issue in a fair and respectful manner, she seemed more interested in defending the cashier's actions.

As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and dignity, especially when we're simply trying to make a purchase. Unfortunately, our experience at ShopRite Phillippi Junction Mall fell far short of those expectations. The poor service we received from the cashier and manager has left a bad taste in our mouths, and we will think twice before shopping at this location again.
