Disappointing customer service

As we speak i am in a queue till 8 shoprite khayelitsha... this is the 4th queue I am queueing here today because no one is decent enough to let us know they are not taking cash you only find out when its your turn to be serviced and you are told with a very bad attitude that gives you chills .
