Disappointed shopper

Very disappointed with the service. I always go to shoprite at denlyn mall without any problems. Today, the cashier was so rude, ignoring me and being disrespectful. I'm a friendly person, especially with cashiers as I have been 1 before. I asked a simple question and was just disregarded, and I'm with my 2 month old and 2year old.
