Disappointed how manager is handling my case

I am very upset and extremely disappointed how the manager at Shoprite village square is handling this case. This past Monday I went to shop at Shoprite and left my other parcel at the parcel counter. I forgot it when I left the store. I went back to the store the next day (Tuesday) and was told my parcel is not there. I have the ticket with me. After their investigations I was told that my parcel was given to a "customer" by mistake and they got hold of that "customer". This morning nobody called to give me feedback. I called! The manager said one of their employees would go fetch my parcel. I waited and ended up calling again to ask for manager to phone me back. She didn't. I phoned again, the receiver gave me feedback from the manager that I won't be getting my parcel today. The manager didn't bother to call me to give me feedback nor the person that received my call. This is upsetting and inconsiderate. I need someone to sort this asap!!
