Disappointed

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Spoiled Nutriday Yoghurt Bought from Shoprite

Dear Shoprite Customer Care,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment following a recent purchase I made at your store. Today, I bought Nutriday yoghurt for my kids from your Shoprite [Dawn Park], and to my shock, I found the yoghurts to be in a very bad condition, with an unpleasant smell, taste, and appearance. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering that this product is meant for children.

I always trusted Shoprite for fresh and safe products, but this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. It raises serious health and safety concerns, particularly for young children who are more vulnerable to food poisoning or harmful bacteria.

I would like to request the following: 1. A full refund for the spoiled products, 2. An investigation into how such products were still on the shelf, 3. And most importantly, assurance that stricter quality control measures will be taken going forward.I have kept the product and packaging as proof, including the expiry date, batch number, and photos if required. I can send them upon request.
