Disappointed customer

Today the 2nd of July 2023, My husband and I encountered a unprofessional service at Shoprite Hlahatse(Katlehong.The teller was so relaxed taking her time as she was processing a clients items just before us.She didn't even apologize for keeping us waiting over 20 mind as she was waiting for Nhlanhla "her team leader or void lady ad they would call her.I literally walked out of the que to go fetch her...to come and assist us.The teller who was assisting us was at number 11.. didn't show any remose none what do ever.Their customer service is appauling to say the list.This is not the 1st time where ques would be extremely long and tellers would be chatting away with their colleagues.#Disappointed client.😏🥺
