Disappointed customer

As a valued customer I am very Disappointed in Shoprite Watergate Mall on the 2nd of August 2023 I slipped and fell inside the store that caused me to end up at the Emergency unit. I am greatfull for the 2 staff members Mr Abraham's and Ms Jacob's that assisted me to the Hospital. But until today No one from Shoprite Management evens contacted me to ask how I'm doing so much for Customer Care realy deeply disappoint.
