Disappointed customer

I went to shoprite ndofaya mall. I had the worst shopping experience ever.Petronnella Dube evin accused me of changing prices. After i told her the ticket said 34.99.and the price at the till was different. When i told her about CPA she said its not practised at shoprite. Its not her fault that the ticket was wrong. And i asked if its my fault she said maybe i come and changed the tickting. I left there embarrassed and undermined. I ddnt evin buy the doll my daughter cried all the way home. Am dissatisfied with the customer services that shoprite renders not to mention that they dont care about CPA and they make they own rule and regulations
