Disappointed customer

Poor customer service at Motse wa dijana Shoprite at butchery department. I went to the shop and I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes waiting for someone to help the customer. Some of the Customers they even left without getting any help.i was very disappointed with the service and not happy at all because I come from.work and I.must stay on the long line for payment. Please fix this department and other workers they just egnoring us making up and down without any help.
