Disappointed customer

Today I went to Shoprite Watergate center and bought refuse bags. I went to the till and Jasmin the cashier assisted me. Then the barcode of the checkers brand refuse bags did not want to scan, Jasmin send the another lady to go have a look for the Shoprite rite brand. I stood for 15 Min waiting for the lady to return. When she came back she didn't find the Shoprite refuse bags. Then Jasmin send the lady again to go look. Then I asked her how long will this be taking since it was pass 5 and my cashier's had to be cashed up... Then she never gave me any answer. Then I walked away to go take the Tuffy brand refuse bags and when I came back the cashier that worked next to Jasmin on the 7th of Feb said in Afrikaans. Ek sal haar niehelp nie, haar ****!! Then she looked up and saw I'm looking at her. She asked now why you standing in the line. Then I said that I don't want people to be rude to me in the line. Then I went to her till since there was no one at her till. She then passed the refuse bags to Jasmin which was still busy with a customer because she didn't want to help me. How rude can you be... Absolutely disgusting. If I felt so low how don't there customers feel and we are regularly in that shop and that's how they treat people.
