Disappointed

Good day, on Thursday 26th October 2023 at around 14:26 i was at the store to buy some items then it happened that i lost money R300.

I then went back to the store and asked them for a footage so I'll see where and when did i lose it coz i knew it fell at the store. I was given attitude by Palesa Patlale who works at the camera control room. She then told me i need to go open a case at the police station of which i did but was told there's no case since i wasn't ****** and was advised to go view the footage.

Later on the day a kind manager by the name of Trinity Gama called me to come see the footage of which i did but then Palesa refused to show me until i leave the store even the manager pleaded with her but she kept on giving me attitude and i eventually left without being showed the footage, i lost my money and I'm still hurt it's giving me suspicions that she saw who picked it up and is covering for that person.

I feel very disappointed and failed by Shoprite Baragwanath as their loyal customer, meaning my support means nothing to them. Please help me get justice and my money back.
