Disappointed

I was at the shoprite in Carletonville gateway mall.my word !! The cashier acted like she was doing me a favor in serving me.i would ask a question and she would mumble an answer ,guys come on ,you give attention to all other areas except for most "black populated areas" we stand in line for over 30 minutes just to be served by a non smiling, irritated person.then I went to the checkers in sunninghill I was communicating in English and the cashier insisted on speaking in vernacular. Then in hillbrow I'm in line for 25 minutes and the cashier and her goons slip in a person in front of us .no communication or apologies.shoprite u guys need to send your staff for customer service it's pathetic.
