Disappointed again!

I asked a colleague of mine to bring me a chicken & mushroom pie from the shops... had I known he was going to shoprite (Kathu NC) I would have never asked because I have experienced this before. I told him before I even opened it that it's not up to standard. So because I am hungry I opened it & started eating.... all I could smell was raw onions. The pastry was underdone, I opened it and the filling consisted of undercooked chunky onion slices, underdone diced potatoes and few mushroom slices, I did not find even a single piece of chicken. It was tasteless, I had to add salt for it to be edible but I still couldn't finish it. I had a few bites because I had to take my medication. I don't know maybe chicken is the new name for potatoes. Please train your chefs this is unacceptable, we are spending our money and we deserve the best service.
