Disappointed

If it was possible to not give a rating would coz right now they do not deserve a star

I went to shoprite and when I was swiping my card, for the transaction,it declined then had to swipe the card again even after advising them as much as it declined i have been debited,proceeded with the sale and they advised that I should leave my details they will contact me on Monday in regards to the transaction, I waited for their call the entire morning and they called me at 16:05, was still at work,but immediately after knocking off,of which it was 16:35, I called them and spoke to one of the workers there who advised me that the manager is advising that he/she will call me in few minutes,waited again for the call and nothing, Tuesday waited still and nothing, wednesday I called and was transferred to the person resppnsible with my query, she advised me that I should give her time til afternoon of which I did,but she never returned back to me of which I kept asking about the TAT she never answered,she failed to do that, and still todate on a Saturday still no call,i called as always and this other lady advised that she is transfering me to the manager in duty, and while on that the line was released.... I am sooo disappointed and at this point just need my money

The level of their service is not acceptable at all...
