Disappointed

<p>I'm so angry, my child got hurt at shoprite when a bag of camping equipment fell on her head and injured her nose in the process. We requested ice immediately as her nose was busy swelling up. My husband spoke to the branch manager who didnt even bother taking him to the office nor look at him whilst my husband was explaining what had happened. This so called branch manager didn't even ask my child if she is okay or even look at her,he just reached into a jar and gave her fizzer and lollipop. He couldn't even apolagise. I'm disgusted at this kind of service and I'm very unhappy about this.</p>
